RETURN

Shop with confidence – we offer an extended return period until January 10th for all purchases made in November and December. All other return conditions still apply.

As a customer, you always have the right to a 14-day open purchase period. If you want to return an item, it must be unused, complete, and with the original label attached.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that the original shipping cost (for orders under 200 EURO) is not refunded.
This means that if you return an order with shipping cost, a total of 24 EURO in shipping and return fees will be charged.

Use the attached return shipping label that was sent with the delivery.

If the return arrives later than 14 days, or if the package is not picked up from the agent, a handling fee of 20 EURO will be added.
Refunds are made as soon as the item has been received and registered in the store.

EXCHANGE

We do not do exchanges, but refund unused products returned in their original packaging with labels attached. This means that if you want a new product, you must place a new order. We credit your returned order and you place a new order. We charge you 12 EURO for the return shipping.


REPEATED RETURNS
We always want you to feel satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we have a flexible return policy. If we notice an unusually high number of returns on your account, we may close it. Should this happen and you believe it is a mistake, you are always welcome to contact us at butik@ivanhoe.se and we will resolve it together.
